Community Manager - Job Summary
The Community Manager will engage and grow Releaf's online patient and advocate communities, manage reputation, support campaigns, and assist influencer marketing to build trust and expand the brand’s presence across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and engage with online audiences across platforms, responding empathetically to build trust
- Respond to public reviews on Trustpilot and other sites in line with brand values
- Lead Patient Stories Initiative by conducting interviews and collaborating with content team
- Expand Releaf’s presence in external communities and relevant forums
- Support and develop charity and campaign partnerships aligned with Releaf’s mission
- Assist influencer marketing initiatives by building relationships with KOLs, advocates, and brand ambassadors
- Track engagement metrics, share audience insights, and identify opportunities to improve patient experience and brand presence
Requirements
- 2+ years experience managing online communities or in advocacy roles
- Experience in healthcare, lifestyle, or wellness sectors highly desirable
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Passion for improving health and community building
- Ability to work remotely and manage own workflow
- Proactive, empathetic, and a self-starter who takes ownership
