Web3 Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage and lead social media and community engagement across multiple crypto-native platforms, developing and executing content strategies to grow and maintain a safe, informed, and active Web3 community.
Key Responsibilities
- Own social channel strategy on X/Twitter, Discord, Farcaster, Telegram, and Reddit
- Build and maintain content calendars and rapid response newsroom cadence
- Create high-signal crypto-native content including threads, memes, videos, and explainers
- Coordinate product announcements, integrations, and partner AMAs/Spaces
- Produce crypto-native design assets using Figma/Canva with brand kit maintenance
- Refine and manage Discord server architecture, onboarding, roles, and moderation SOPs
- Host weekly community events and manage announcements, ensuring server safety
- Design growth programs such as points/quests, referral drives, and UGC contests
- Coordinate co-marketing and ambassador initiatives with partners
- Define KPIs, deliver weekly engagement dashboards, and monitor brand risk and crisis communications
- Enforce compliance and proper labeling for sponsored content
Requirements
- 2+ years managing Web3 communities and social accounts with measurable growth
- Portfolio with crypto-native content samples and fast execution
- Hands-on design skills in Figma/Canva; basic motion/animation a plus
- Deep familiarity with Crypto Twitter culture and etiquette
- Proven Discord operational skills including channel/role design and moderation
- Data literacy with native analytics and UTM tracking capabilities
