Community Manager - Job Summary
The Community Manager acts as the key link between Jeeter and the budtender community, managing education programs, events, SOPs, and collaboration to strengthen brand loyalty and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage SOPs for Jeeter University events and educations
- Plan, budget, and execute Jeeter University educations and events
- Manage Social Hours and hybrid events aligning with marketing goals
- Organize budtender social hours, awards, giveaways, and apparel programs
- Develop marketing materials and digital resources for Jeeter University
- Monitor market trends to plan and execute relevant events
- Collaborate monthly with product development on current and upcoming products
- Lead education initiatives ensuring team knowledge on product standards
- Develop and manage budtender ambassador VIP initiatives in the state
- Maintain and update SOPs and informational documents for accuracy
- Create and manage surveys for budtender campaigns
- Collaborate on budgeting and planning with Jeeter University team
- Work closely with internal teams for coordination and execution
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older with a valid Driver's License
- Strong knowledge of wholesale and retail marketing, brand activation, and community engagement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Asana, and project management tools
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
- Willingness to frequently travel to different locations
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred
