AI Community Manager - Job Summary
Lead enterprise-wide adoption of AI tools by building an AI-enabled culture focused on awareness, training, and AI usage across a global organization within a global digital strategy team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the AI enablement roadmap aligned to business goals
- Build and manage a global AI community through workshops, webinars, internal channels, and a champions network
- Design and deliver AI training programs tailored to various functions including Marketing, Ops, and Finance
- Translate AI capabilities into practical business use cases for non-technical audiences
- Partner with Product, IT, L&D, and business teams to drive adoption and remove barriers
- Track and report on AI adoption, usage, and impact via dashboards and analytics
- Support change management, governance, and responsible AI practices
- Stay current on AI tools, trends, and enhancements to continuously improve adoption
Requirements
- 5+ years in technology adoption, enablement, or technical community management
- Strong knowledge of LLMs such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude and prompt engineering
- Experience building training programs, workshops, and scalable learning content
- Ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Background in product, Agile/Scrum, or change management environments
- Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional and executive stakeholders
- Experience with enterprise AI rollouts or enablement (ChatGPT preferred)
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau and Google Analytics
- Experience with tools like Jira, Figma, Trello
- Comfortable with public speaking and leading workshops
- Experience in large, fast-paced corporate environments
