Co-Founder & CEO - Job Summary
Lead and own the operator certification community, managing the first ninety days post-certification to ensure operators achieve client-closing success and facilitating a smooth transition onto the company's platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Run GridLocked, the operator certification community.
- Build and manage the first ninety days after certification.
- Identify and support operators who struggle early.
- Answer recurring questions once and document them to reduce support volume.
- Capture operator wins and turn them into proof for the program.
- Manage change during platform migration and ensure smooth operator experience.
- Engage directly with business owners who are clients.
Requirements
- Experience running a paid community focused on producing results.
- Ability to track and report the percentage of members hitting outcomes.
- Proactive in engaging quiet members, not just active ones.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Skilled in writing documentation to reduce repeated questions.
- Comfortable providing constructive feedback and holding accountable.
- Experience dealing with business owners who have invested financially.
- Clear understanding that engagement does not equal results.
