Events and Community Marketing Manager - Job Summary
Lead the strategy and execution of trade shows, field events, and community engagement initiatives to drive pipeline growth and brand impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 15–20 major trade shows annually including logistics, booth design, shipping, travel, sponsorships, and team coordination
- Launch and execute smaller local events such as dinners, golf outings, and sporting events
- Oversee and optimize a ~$600K annual events budget to maximize ROI and pipeline impact
- Develop scalable processes to improve efficiency and consistency across all events
- Capture and promote stories, photos, and video content from events to showcase the company and customer successes
- Build community by fostering authentic connections with customers, prospects, and partners
- Partner with Sales to align event strategy with revenue goals and report on pipeline and ROI
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in event or field marketing with full-cycle ownership of trade shows and events
- Strong project management, budgeting, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and customers
- Creative and detail-oriented with comfort in capturing and promoting content
- Willingness to consistently travel throughout the year
