Community Relations Manager - Job Summary

Lead community engagement by managing relationships, creating technical content, and representing the brand in live sessions to build and nurture a community of customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct live product demos addressing technical queries and showcasing features
  • Provide customer feedback to internal teams
  • Create clear and concise technical content such as explainers, guides, and knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with content creators on videos and courses
  • Represent the brand in live sessions, webinars, and interviews
  • Build and foster community relationships to promote collaboration and brand loyalty
  • Develop engagement strategies across social media, forums, and partner channels
  • Participate in online discussions to advocate for services and answer user questions
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on affiliate, organic, and content marketing channels
  • Identify and engage key influencers, affiliates, and partners

Requirements

  • Proven experience in community relations management or technical content creation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to simplify technical concepts
  • Confident on-camera presence for live sessions and interviews
  • Strong technical aptitude for creating engaging content
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing, organic marketing, and content marketing channels
  • Comfortable engaging on social media and forums like Reddit, Discord, Quora
  • Experience working with content creators for video tutorials and courses
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
