Community Manager - Job Summary

The Community Manager acts as the primary outreach specialist to build and nurture relationships within NewRich’s community, organize events, and represent the community’s voice internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement community outreach initiatives that drive engagement, awareness, and growth.
  • Identify and nurture relationships with creators, coaches, entrepreneurs, and community leaders.
  • Organize and manage community events both virtual and in-person to ensure strong participation and impact.
  • Facilitate discussions, networking opportunities, and peer-to-peer learning among members.
  • Engage actively in forums, groups, and social media platforms to promote NewRich and build visibility.
  • Collect and analyze community feedback to inform marketing, product, and content strategies.
  • Represent the voice of the community internally ensuring members feel heard and supported.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product teams on campaigns, content, and outreach programs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in community management, outreach, customer engagement, or partnerships.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to inspire, connect, and build trust.
  • Experience organizing virtual or in-person events and driving participation.
  • Ability to analyze community sentiment and engagement data to create actionable strategies.
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup.
  • Knowledge of online community platforms like Discord, Slack, forums, or social media groups is a plus.
  • Bonus: familiarity with digital entrepreneurship, creator economy, or SaaS/edtech communities.
