Community Manager - Job Summary
The Community Manager serves as the key liaison between Jeeter and the budtender community, leading education, events, and community engagement initiatives within the state.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage SOPs for Jeeter University events and educations.
- Plan, budget, and execute Jeeter University educations, Social Hours, and events.
- Manage Social Hours and hybrid hours aligned with marketing goals.
- Organize budtender social hours, awards programs, giveaways, and exclusive apparel initiatives.
- Develop marketing materials and digital resources for Jeeter University.
- Monitor market trends to plan relevant events proactively.
- Collaborate monthly with product development team on product updates.
- Lead educational initiatives ensuring the local team is informed on product standards.
- Develop and manage state-specific budtender VIP ambassador programs.
- Contribute to SOP documentation and maintain updated informational materials.
- Create and manage surveys for budtender campaigns to gather performance insights.
- Collaborate with Jeeter University team on budgeting and resource planning.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver's license.
- Strong knowledge of wholesale and retail marketing with emphasis on brand activation and community engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Asana, and project management tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking focused on operational efficiency and ROI.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred
