Social Media & Community Manager - Job Summary
Lead Sonatus' social media brand presence and online communities, partnering with leadership, PR, and Demand Gen to drive awareness, follower growth, and high-quality leads from target OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage branded social media channels by creating and implementing plans aligned with business goals, generating and publishing daily content.
- Lead proactive social listening and community management, engaging with audiences and reporting on activity and results.
- Manage the Employee Advocacy Program including onboarding, content publishing, user permissions, and gamification to increase participation and brand reach.
- Oversee executive social presence by collaborating with leaders to develop tailored content strategies and monitor engagement.
- Utilize CRM and analytics tools to track campaign performance and ensure social efforts meet measurable KPIs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B social media and online community management experience.
- Experience with enterprise software content and clients.
- Ability to stay current with social and video trends and align content with business goals.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in visual design tools to create polished graphics.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to capture unique voices and simplify technical concepts.
