Community Manager - Job Summary
Lead and grow a private entrepreneur community by building connections, driving engagement, and ensuring member satisfaction in a remote, high-ownership role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily conversations in Slack to keep engagement high
- Connect members based on goals, industry, and interests
- Coordinate and manage retreats, dinners, meetups, and other events
- Track participation, member activity, and event attendance
- Conduct member check-ins every 3-6 months to identify engagement gaps and churn risks
- Run surveys, analyze feedback, and turn insights into actionable improvements
- Report insights to improve engagement and retention
- Maintain a professional, upbeat, and welcoming tone
Requirements
- Strong spoken English with clear, neutral, US-friendly accent
- Excellent written communication skills
- Experience in community management, customer success, and relationship management
- Experience coordinating events or member experiences
- Comfortable working U.S. business hours
- Reliable remote work setup
- Natural relationship builder and strong communicator (Slack, email, calls)
- Customer-first mindset and highly proactive with ownership-driven attitude
- Organized and detail-oriented
