Community Manager - Job Summary

The Community Manager is the on-site leader responsible for creating a welcoming experience for students, parents, and teachers, managing studio operations, and driving the studio's growth and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the welcoming face of the studio, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors
  • Manage communication related to scheduling, policies, and studio events
  • Plan and conduct community events and student concerts
  • Manage new student inquiries and guide families through enrollment
  • Use marketing systems to promote the studio and grow the community
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of music teachers
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
  • Oversee daily studio operations including supplies and merchandise
  • Handle student payments and maintain accurate data
