Community Manager - Job Summary
The Community Manager is the on-site leader responsible for creating a welcoming experience for students, parents, and teachers, managing studio operations, and driving the studio's growth and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the welcoming face of the studio, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors
- Manage communication related to scheduling, policies, and studio events
- Plan and conduct community events and student concerts
- Manage new student inquiries and guide families through enrollment
- Use marketing systems to promote the studio and grow the community
- Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of music teachers
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
- Oversee daily studio operations including supplies and merchandise
- Handle student payments and maintain accurate data
Requirements

- Strong communication skills across in-person, phone, and written formats
