Job Description
About the Role
The Communities of Practice Manager plays a central role in helping members of the Courage & Renewal community get connected to one another and carry the skills and practices they learn in CCR programs into their everyday lives and work.
This role cultivates communities where members engage in shared learning about the challenges and rewards of applying Courage & Renewal practices in their relationships, leadership, and institutions. Through dialogue, resource-sharing, collaboration, and storytelling, these spaces help people strengthen their ability to remain grounded under pressure, navigate complex relationships with care, and act with clarity and integrity in alignment with their values.
The Communities of Practice Manager stewards CCR’s online community platform, coordinates community-based programming, shares content that supports peer learning and collaboration, and nurtures leadership within the community so members increasingly support and sustain connections and growth.
Working closely with colleagues across programs, communications, strategy, and development, this role helps ensure CCR’s community remains vibrant, connected, and actively engaged in bringing these values and practices into the world.
This is a US-based, full-time remote position requiring less than 20% travel for events and meetings. Because of our global community, occasional work outside typical office hours may be required. The starting salary range is $70,000 - $75,000 with benefits that include medical, dental, vision, life/disability insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, paid family leave, wellness support, and opportunities for personal and professional development.

Ability to design gatherings and collaborative learning experiences that foster connection and shared insight.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
