Brand & Community Manager - Job Summary

The role is responsible for leading Humantra’s brand presence in the UK, executing global campaigns with local relevance, building community engagement, and driving brand activations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as brand guardian across all UK-facing campaigns, activations, and retail moments
  • Plan, brief, and execute local brand campaigns in partnership with global brand leads
  • Build strong relationships across internal teams to align on messaging and execution
  • Develop a UK cultural calendar with clear opportunities for brand visibility and community engagement
  • Support creative briefing and oversee content production as needed for UK touchpoints
  • Feed UK-specific insights, results, and opportunities into global brand planning cycles
  • Own the UK rollout of global brand campaigns across retail, social, digital, and experiential
  • Track UK campaign performance and inform future brand work
  • Plan and execute UK-first brand activations and identify partnerships, events, and influencers
  • Lead development of Humantra’s UK community presence through events and cultural touchpoints
  • Surface cultural trends and insights to shape UK brand strategy

Requirements

  • 5 to 6+ years of experience in brand management, ideally within a high-growth brand or startup
  • Deep understanding of brand building, campaign execution, and community marketing
  • Culturally fluent with ability to translate global brand strategy into UK relevance
  • Strong operator capable of leading multiple initiatives with sharp execution
  • Cross-functional collaborator with experience across Brand, Commercial, and Growth teams
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, premium-feeling brand experiences
