The role involves creating engaging social media content, managing online community engagement, coordinating content activities, and tracking performance across platforms while collaborating with various teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish social media content from client interviews and video testimonials across multiple platforms
- Use AI tools to produce graphics, captions, and post variations and build workflows for scaled content production
- Monitor social platforms for brand and client mentions, engagement opportunities, and help engage the community
- Coordinate with ambassadors and internal contributors to ensure consistent content posting and track participation

Requirements
