Community Engagement Coordinator - Job Summary
Responsible for strengthening client relationships through meaningful engagement activities including events and community management to enhance satisfaction, adoption, and advocacy within the existing client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and execute client events such as workshops, roundtables, lunch & learns, product feedback sessions and webinars across Australia.
- Manage event logistics including scheduling, registrations, communications, materials, and post-event follow-up.
- Oversee Compass’ Facebook Community by planning and scheduling posts, fostering discussions, and driving participation through campaigns.
- Develop and maintain an annual engagement calendar aligned with organisational priorities.
- Collaborate with Learning Content Specialists to promote learning resources via events and community channels.
- Partner with Marketing to ensure brand consistency and cohesive client messaging.
- Collect and report on client engagement metrics to identify areas of opportunity.
- Support continuous improvement of the client engagement strategy.
Requirements
- Experience in event management, community engagement or marketing communications is desirable.
- Proven success delivering engaging in-person and virtual client experiences.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Zoom, Monday.com, and social media management tools.
- Confident public communicator with a creative approach to engagement.
- Valid Employee Working With Children Check.
- Verification of unrestricted work rights in Australia.
- Successful National Police Check.
- Valid Drivers Licence.
