Community and Partnerships Lead - Job Summary
The Community and Partnerships Lead will grow a founder community and strengthen relationships with referral partners, plan events, source new partners, and drive a pipeline of qualified leads to position Warp as the preferred payroll solution for early-stage startups.
Key Responsibilities
- Own accountant and channel partner relationships end-to-end
- Plan and host dinners, workshops, and virtual sessions connecting founders and partners
- Keep partners engaged through updates, enablement, and resources
- Source and close new partners with targeted outreach and follow-ups
- Track partner-sourced pipeline and collaborate with sales to identify qualified leads
- Work with Sales and Marketing on co-branded content and lead-generation campaigns
- Represent Warp in startup, accounting, and finance communities
Requirements
- 2+ years in partnerships, channel management, or community roles at a startup
- Proven relationship builder with clear, friendly communication
- Experience working with finance professionals, accountants, or startup advisors
- Organized self-starter who builds systems and iterates quickly
- Comfortable hosting events both online and offline
- Able to travel on short notice for key events and partner meetings
