Community Manager - Job Summary

The Community Manager is the on-site leader responsible for creating a welcoming studio environment, driving growth, managing operations, and leading the team to foster a vibrant community focused on music education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the welcoming face of the studio during peak hours, ensuring an exceptional experience for students, parents, and teachers.
  • Act as the primary communication point for scheduling, policies, and studio events.
  • Plan and conduct community events and student concerts.
  • Manage new student inquiries and guide families through enrollment.
  • Use marketing systems to promote studio growth.
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching of music teachers.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Oversee daily studio operations, supplies, and merchandise management.
  • Handle student payments and maintain accurate data within systems.

Requirements

  • Passion for helping people and belief in the power of music.
  • Natural leadership skills with the ability to build trust and motivate diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in person, phone, and writing.
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a dynamic environment.
