Learning & Community Manager - Job Summary
The role is to drive educational programs and be the key reference point for the Product Heroes community, ensuring a memorable experience for students and fostering community growth and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support candidates from first contact to course enrolment in coordination with sales team.
- Plan and manage educational calendar, lessons, and communicate updates with students, teachers, and internal teams.
- Coordinate teachers and manage high-quality educational content and materials.
- Provide coaching and motivational 1:1 sessions to students to monitor progress and solve issues.
- Organize key moments such as Welcome Day and Final Day of educational paths.
- Manage logistics and administration including attendance, events resources, and preparation of materials.
- Collect and analyze feedback from students and teachers for continuous program improvement.
- Develop and evolve the community structure, channels, content, activities, and objectives.
- Maintain daily community engagement, highlight active members and quality content.
- Grow the community in size and quality, managing new member selection.
- Coordinate and support local squads in Italian cities to maintain initiative continuity and quality.
- Bridge community and educational programs to keep alumni engaged within the ecosystem.
Requirements
- Excellent English proficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously without losing control.
- Strong relational skills; role is people-focused involving thousands of members.
- Self-starter attitude; able to take initiative and proceed without waiting for instructions.
- Problem-solving mindset; acts immediately to find solutions.
- Empathy to understand and make better decisions based on others' perspectives.
- Direct and transparent communication style.
