Community Manager - Job Summary
The Community Manager will design engagement programs and personally interact with a global audience to build community connections and loyalty as the voice of Dhar Mann Studios.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with fans daily across YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms in an authentic voice.
- Design and execute initiatives like fan feedback, fan clubs, challenges, Q&As, contests, and ambassador programs.
- Identify and highlight fan stories, user-generated content, and testimonials.
- Support live chats, virtual events, and occasional in-person activations.
- Track engagement metrics, sentiment, and feedback to inform strategy.
- Monitor online community trends and apply best practices.
- Build advocacy by nurturing relationships with top fans and moderators.
- Collaborate with Social Media, Creative, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in community management or similar roles in entertainment, creator economy, or digital brands.
- Strong writing skills with warm, engaging, mission-driven communication.
- Proven ability to balance strategic program-building with hands-on daily interaction.
- Experience launching initiatives that grow audience engagement and loyalty.
- Knowledge of community management tools, social platforms, and analytics.
- Highly organized, proactive, adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for storytelling that inspires and uplifts audiences.
