Community Marketing Manager - Job Summary
Lead the management and expansion of melin's elite ambassador community by supporting Tier 1 athletes, scouting new talent, and driving community and brand engagement through events and activations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Tier 1 athletes, including collaboration logistics and adding value to their goals
- Identify and recruit new ambassadors aligned with company DNA
- Design and lead community strategies, grassroots programs, and high-impact events
- Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to involve ambassadors in campaigns and events
- Track ROI, reporting outcomes and ensuring partner payments and support
- Represent melin at events and activities alongside the team
Requirements
- Deep industry knowledge and cultural fit across Fashion, Golf, Run, Outdoor, Snow, Skate, Surf, and Motorsports
- Extensive network and strong relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel heavily (up to 75%)
- 5+ years experience in Sports or Community Marketing with proven activation success
- Organized, analytical, and proficient with contracts and accounting; familiarity with Asana
- Critical thinker committed to meticulous execution
