Lead community management across social media platforms by monitoring, engaging, and creating content to support brand voice and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day community management across social platforms including monitoring conversations and responding to followers
- Collaborate with Community Management Lead to execute engagement strategies and uphold brand voice
- Create and edit engaging social content including static, video, stories, Reels, and TikToks
- Partner with Content Creation Lead to execute campaign ideas aligned with tone and platform best practices
- Stay updated on social media trends, pop culture, and emerging platforms
- Contribute to content calendar planning, copywriting, and post-production editing
- Maintain social media security practices, platform hygiene, and password protocols
Requirements
- 6 years of professional experience in social media marketing with community management and content creation
- Proficient in social tools such as Sprinklr or native platform tools
- Skilled in editing software like Adobe Express, CapCut, or Premiere
- Deep understanding of social media culture, tone, and emerging trends
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environment
