Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage and engage gaming communities by responding to social media interactions, creating content, moderating discussions, and conveying player feedback to developers to enhance the gaming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to player queries and comments on social media.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms.
- Moderate community discussions according to guidelines.
- Maintain records and provide reports with insights to support community growth.
- Ensure the gaming community is safe, friendly, and welcoming.
- Propose new initiatives to grow and nurture the community.
- Collaborate with developers by forwarding player feedback and issues.
Requirements
- C2 level proficiency in Korean language.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Passion for video games and social media.
- Strong understanding and experience with social media platforms.
- Experience in managing or moderating online gaming communities is a plus.
