Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage and engage a private entrepreneur community through daily Slack interactions, relationship building, member satisfaction monitoring, and event coordination to foster a connected and active community.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively manage and participate in daily Slack conversations to engage the community
- Introduce and connect members to foster collaboration and meaningful relationships
- Conduct regular member check-ins to assess satisfaction and collect feedback
- Plan, coordinate, and execute member-facing events such as retreats, dinners, and meetups
- Monitor and track community engagement metrics and report insights
- Manage satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to improve community experience
- Proactively support retention efforts and take ownership of community health
Requirements
- Excellent, neutral, US-friendly spoken English accent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven relationship-building and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Experience coordinating or supporting member-focused events
- Access to personal equipment suitable for full-time remote work
- Availability to work U.S. business hours (ET–PT)
- High adaptability and willingness to take on evolving responsibilities
