Community Manager - Job Summary

Manage and engage a private entrepreneur community through daily Slack interactions, relationship building, member satisfaction monitoring, and event coordination to foster a connected and active community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively manage and participate in daily Slack conversations to engage the community
  • Introduce and connect members to foster collaboration and meaningful relationships
  • Conduct regular member check-ins to assess satisfaction and collect feedback
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute member-facing events such as retreats, dinners, and meetups
  • Monitor and track community engagement metrics and report insights
  • Manage satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to improve community experience
  • Proactively support retention efforts and take ownership of community health

Requirements

  • Excellent, neutral, US-friendly spoken English accent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven relationship-building and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • Experience coordinating or supporting member-focused events
  • Access to personal equipment suitable for full-time remote work
  • Availability to work U.S. business hours (ET–PT)
  • High adaptability and willingness to take on evolving responsibilities
