Community Engagement & Partnerships Manager - Job Summary
Manage and grow an engaged community of education buyers and strategic partnerships to drive audience growth, event attendance, and revenue generation for Future B2B's Education portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and recruit school district buyers to build an active community online and in-person.
- Manage virtual and in-person forums including monthly digital events, newsletters, and polls to uncover client needs.
- Oversee end-to-end event experiences to optimize networking, client acquisition, and sponsor ROI.
- Distribute attendee lists, program highlights, and weekly data reports to support sales in securing sponsorships.
- Cultivate partnerships with national education associations, states, and school districts to develop new events and expand audience.
- Partner with Future B2B team to onboard new partners and scale the education network.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B community management, strategic partnerships, business development, or field marketing.
- Knowledge of K-12 education ecosystem, district budgets, and EdTech buying cycles.
- Established network of education professionals, school district administrators, and national associations.
- Experience writing engaging copy for community platforms, newsletters, and polls.
- Public speaking skills for hosting digital events and moderating sessions.
- Proven success in negotiating and managing strategic co-marketing agreements.
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working with sales teams to convert engagement into revenue.
- Hands-on coordination of virtual webinars and in-person events.
