Senior eCommerce Loyalty and Community Manager - Job Summary

Manage and grow KORRES's global digital sales, loyalty, and community programs, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and engagement in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead growth of digital sales via KORRES sites, meeting revenue and profitability targets
  • Create and execute annual digital marketing calendar for customer acquisition and retention
  • Monitor promotional activities to achieve traffic, sales, and conversion KPIs
  • Design and manage integrated community ecosystem including loyalty program and brand ambassadors
  • Own CRM and customer lifecycle programs (email, SMS, app, push) to drive activation and repeat purchase
  • Lead omnichannel loyalty initiatives aligning all channels
  • Manage analytics and KPI reporting across ecommerce, CRM, loyalty, and community health
  • Run continuous A/B testing on UX, messaging, segmentation, and promotions to optimize revenue
  • Drive roadmap for digital tools ensuring scalability and customer-centric experiences
  • Hold full P&L responsibility for the eShop ensuring growth and cost efficiency
  • Transform community engagement into measurable retention, advocacy, and customer lifetime value growth

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in related field
  • University degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in Cosmetics or related industry is a plus
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Advanced knowledge of Shopify Plus
  • Strong analytical, conceptual skills and knowledge of latest IT and e-commerce trends
  • Proven experience in product and content management using ecommerce and CRM tools
  • High social competence, strong collaboration skills, assertiveness and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Hands-on entrepreneurial approach balancing strategy and execution
  • Strong commitment, leadership and flexibility

Education

University degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration or related field
