Head of Social - Job Summary
Lead the cultivation and management of Concordium's global community from the London office by creating and executing strategies that foster engagement, collaboration, and a sense of belonging.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, grow, and manage Concordium’s global community across social media, forums, and other platforms.
- Create and execute community strategies and campaigns to drive engagement and loyalty.
- Serve as the voice of the community with the Concordium core team, ensuring feedback informs decision-making.
- Organize and host community events such as AMAs, webinars, and meetups both online and in-person.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent messaging and support for community needs.
- Monitor and report on community metrics to continuously improve strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in Web3/Blockchain industry and related stakeholders.
- 5+ years experience building and leading remote teams across different timezones within Web3.
- Hands-on experience managing communities on X, Reddit, Discord, and Telegram.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Understanding of social and community metrics with ability to translate insights into strategies.
- Passion for building relationships and driving meaningful engagement.
