Community Manager - Job Summary
This remote, freelance role involves managing social content and community engagement for the Brazilian market, focusing on social editorial planning, publishing, influencer activation, and cultivating brand audience conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide translation and content for the Brazilian market for a global B2B alcohol client
- Lead global social channels with editorial planning and publishing
- Engage 1-2-1 with the community
- Develop and activate influencer strategies
- Plan and create social content strategies and editorial calendars
- Work with Design and Ideation teams to develop creative concepts and social assets
- Stimulate and sustain conversations and relationships with the brand’s audience
Requirements
- Understanding of social media and its impact on brands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Brazilian Portuguese and English
- Eye for creative content, both written and visual
- Ability to work under pressure while focusing on details
- Proficiency in various social platforms and tools
- Agency experience working with social media
- Creative, strategic, and critical thinking skills
- Fluency in LAC Spanish is a bonus
