Community Program Manager - Job Summary
Manage and grow the Experience League Community by overseeing community programs, driving initiatives aligned with business goals, and collaborating across teams to enhance customer engagement and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own assigned community programs end-to-end, including creation, implementation, and scaling.
- Serve as long-term program owner responsible for iteration, reporting, and optimization.
- Define and track success metrics to drive continuous program improvement.
- Implement and optimize peer community programs like content, discussion groups, events, and advocacy efforts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align community initiatives with go-to-market and adoption strategies.
- Propose new initiatives for member acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and advocacy activation.
- Share community insights to inform product and marketing decisions.
- Contribute to building scalable processes for community growth.
- Oversee community moderation, engagement, and health ensuring timely and quality responses.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in community management, program management, customer marketing, advocacy, or digital engagement, preferably in enterprise B2B SaaS.
- Experience working in large, matrixed organizations with global collaborators.
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools for efficiency, insight, and execution.
- Proven success managing community programs supporting complex products or technical users.
- Experience managing or moderating online communities.
- Strong program and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze and translate engagement and business metrics into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical audiences.
- Highly organized, proactive, curious, and comfortable with ambiguity.
