Growth Creator Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage and grow the TikTok creator community on Discord, owning the structure, strategy, economics, growth, and results of the program to drive scalable revenue and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the creator community program including structure, tiering, incentives, calendar, and outcomes
- Design and evolve tier system defining creator qualifications, rewards, and expectations
- Build and manage incentive and commission architecture including rates, bonuses, contests, gifting, and exclusivity
- Develop and manage training programs for creator progression
- Track creator cohorts and their performance in levels and GMV
- Manage the creator recruiting funnel from sourcing to onboarding
- Optimize creator retention and minimize churn
- Provide weekly full-funnel reporting identifying constraints and metrics
- Manage and enable the Creator Coach + Creative Strategist
- Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly community programming and planning
- Report program metrics and translate community feedback into strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with paid media, brand, and operations teams
- Handle escalations including disputes, payments, compliance, and policy issues
- Document playbook and build workflows, tooling, and automation for scale
- Plan for scale to support growth up to 10x creator count
Requirements
- 3–5+ years in creator/influencer/affiliate program management, community management, or growth marketing with ownership of metrics
- Experience managing or scaling a Discord community
- Strong commercial instincts with ability to model incentive structures and ROI
- Hands-on understanding of TikTok and TikTok Shop mechanics and GMV drivers
- Excellent written communication skills
- People management experience or readiness
