Senior Community Marketing Manager - Job Summary

Responsible for architecting and evolving Webflow’s community strategy, managing critical community programs, and building infrastructure to support scalable, sustainable community growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve holistic community strategy and programs with measurable business outcomes
  • Translate community insights into impactful programs and initiatives
  • Lead and scale community programs including events and content creation
  • Build scalable community infrastructure and implement unified moderation
  • Develop community-driven content in partnership with leaders to drive awareness and adoption
  • Expand community programming to serve diverse segments with personalized engagement
  • Embed community into the broader customer journey via cross-functional collaboration
  • Define and regularly report on community success metrics and KPIs

Requirements

  • 6+ years relevant experience with 4+ years leading community marketing or strategic programs in B2B tech
  • Proven experience scaling community moderation on platforms like Reddit, Discord, or Discourse
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong technical proficiency in Webflow and interest in web design and development is a bonus
  • Ability to implement AI and modern tools to enhance community engagement and operations
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills with experience influencing diverse stakeholders
  • Customer-first mindset with passion for building trusted relationships
  • Proven leadership in managing multi-channel community marketing programs end-to-end
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, high-growth environments
