Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage and grow an engaged online community to enhance client brand reputation and foster customer loyalty by collaborating with the Account Management team across social media platforms and forums.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies.
- Build and nurture a passionate and engaged online community.
- Encourage discussions and engage with community members.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Create FAQs and similar brand content.
- Maintain an editorial calendar for community content.
- Collaborate with account management to align community content with marketing goals.
- Schedule posts ensuring timely and error-free delivery.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally; escalate when needed.
- Act as a liaison between community and relevant departments.
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content following guidelines and brand values.
- Collaborate with teams for creative process, social calendar delivery, and publishing.
- Track and analyze community engagement metrics.
- Provide regular reports including daily social media listening, competitor performance, and campaign sentiment analysis.
Requirements
- Exceptional understanding of Saudi culture and excellent Arabic copywriting skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in community management for established brands.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, online forums, and community management tools.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with passion for community building.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
