Senior Social Media & Community Manager - Job Summary
Lead the social media brand presence and cultivate online communities for Sonatus across primary and secondary social channels, partnering with leadership and marketing teams to drive awareness, follower growth, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement comprehensive social media plans aligned with business goals.
- Generate, edit, and publish daily content including text, images, and video.
- Refine voice and tone guidelines and social media strategies per channel.
- Lead social listening and community management, engaging with content and publishing replies.
- Manage the Employee Advocacy Program including onboarding, content publishing, and gamification.
- Oversee executive social presence by developing tailored content strategies and monitoring engagement.
- Utilize CRM and analytics tools to track campaign performance and drive measurable KPIs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B social media and online community management.
- Experience with enterprise software content and clients.
- Ability to stay current with social and video trends and align content with business goals.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in visual design tools for creating polished graphics.
- Exceptional copywriting skills to adopt unique voices and simplify technical concepts.
- Preferred: experience in automotive tech, Tier-1 suppliers, expertise with LinkedIn and YouTube algorithms.
- Preferred: experience with HubSpot, project management tools, EveryoneSocial or similar platforms.
- Preferred: experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar graphic design software.
