Head Coach - Job Summary
The Head Coach leads classes, supports studio success, develops coaches, and upholds [solidcore]'s standards to deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer experience while assisting with daily studio operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach an average of 11 classes per week as the studio’s lead coach
- Set expectations and serve as a role model for new and existing coaches
- Deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience
- Meet company utilization and retention expectations individually and for the studio
- Assist the Area Manager with day-to-day studio operations
- Lead outreach and marketing efforts to scout new clients and build community partnerships
- Provide coach development including feedback and support during new coach trainings
- Respond to client requests and resolve concerns promptly and effectively
- Maintain product knowledge for retail operations including class packages and promotions
- Execute operational tasks such as ordering supplies, inventory, and maintaining sales logs
- Ensure studio and equipment are maintained and fully functioning
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
Requirements
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift/carry at least 30 pounds
- Proficiency in g-Suite and MS Office, specifically Excel and Google Sheets
- Optimism and passion for health, fitness, and the [solidcore] workout
- Passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals
- Excellent relationship-building and team development skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
