Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage and execute social media, community engagement, influencer marketing, content, and digital PR for Brick Me, building brand presence and interaction across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest with content strategy, calendar planning, copywriting, posting, and performance tracking.
- Engage in community management by replying to comments and DMs on organic posts and paid ads, participating authentically on Reddit, and handling feedback with the customer service team.
- Oversee influencer marketing by managing collaborations end-to-end including finding creators, negotiating, briefing, and enforcing brand guidelines.
- Curate user-generated content and coordinate with designers to produce content for organic social and paid advertisements.
- Conduct digital PR by pitching and building relationships with publications, blogs, and websites to get featured.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing social and community for consumer brands, preferably DTC ecommerce.
- Experience with Reddit.
- Hands-on experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Excellent written English and strong communication skills as the brand voice.
- Proven track record in influencer outreach and digital PR beyond basic social posting.
- Strategic thinker with effective execution skills.
- Self-starter who works independently and proactively.
- Passion for brand-building; interest in design, craft, gifting, or personalized products is a bonus.
- Ability to work with at least 70% overlap with Australian time zone (AEST/AEDT).
