Assistant Community Manager - Job Summary
The Assistant Community Manager supports the smooth running of daily operations and facilities, focusing on delivering exceptional member experiences through community events, partnerships, and sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with members to understand and meet their needs
- Resolve member-related issues to foster a collaborative community
- Identify opportunities to help members achieve their goals
- Deliver a personalized, high-quality member experience
- Make recommendations to improve overall member experience
- Manage membership sales, package negotiations, and closing deals
- Mentor Community Associates and junior staff on conducting tours and provide feedback
- Attend and represent location at internal and external events
- Manage pipeline and follow up on warm sales leads
- Organize member welcoming and move-ins/outs
- Handle basic finance tasks such as petty cash, invoicing, and payment receipt
- Order pantry supplies timely
- Ensure cleanliness of space with Community Associates
- Liaise with Design team for space maintenance and improvements
- Conduct quality control checks and address issues immediately
- Collaborate with Events team to plan and organize community-related events
- Drive partnerships across industries for community activities
- Coordinate with Art Department on event collateral production
- Maintain calendar and notice boards updated
- Capture images for social media showcasing spaces, events, and community
- Create engaging social media content and ensure timely event promotion
Requirements
- Outstanding confidence and strong networking skills
- Passion for and understanding of the company’s mission and values
- Curiosity about entrepreneurial communities and startups
- Demonstrate core values: integrity, dependability, self-awareness, excellent work ethic, and empathy
- Strong teamwork, accountability, mindfulness, and willingness to go extra mile
- 2+ years experience in customer service, sales, events or related industries
- Prior experience in coworking, real estate or startup is advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle pressure and think quickly
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Fluency in English and Thai; additional languages a plus
Education
University degree is an advantage but not mandatory
