Community Manager - Job Summary
Lead and expand a global community of job seekers primarily on LinkedIn by creating engaging content, managing large-scale conversations, and building authentic connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage vibrant communities on LinkedIn, with presence on Reddit, X, and Instagram
- Create and execute editorial calendars including posts, newsletters, discussions, and replies
- Moderate and activate communities of over 1 million members to foster meaningful engagement
- Nurture external communities where remote talent gathers and position Jobgether as a thought leader
- Track community performance metrics such as engagement, growth, and activation and report insights
- Work closely with the founding team to align community strategy with the company vision
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in community management with a tech startup background
- Proven success managing large-scale online communities (1M+ members), ideally on LinkedIn
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong editorial and storytelling skills for LinkedIn and other channels
- Startup mindset: proactive, creative, resourceful, and accountable
- Genuine interest in the future of work, remote-first culture, and career innovation
