Influencer & Community Manager - Job Summary
Lead global influencer partnerships and drive social media and community engagement to strengthen UWorld’s brand presence worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers across regions and platforms
- Oversee influencer campaigns end-to-end, including sourcing, contracting, execution, and performance tracking
- Build and maintain an influencer database and strengthen agency/creator partnerships
- Ensure cost-efficient deal-making and long-term collaborations
- Create and publish engaging content across major social platforms to drive awareness and engagement
- Respond to comments and messages to foster a supportive community
- Lead execution of evergreen community programs to maintain engagement and loyalty
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce content supporting advertising and storytelling
- Manage and optimize existing brand partnerships and identify new growth opportunities
- Stay ahead of trends in influencer marketing, social media, and community platforms
Requirements
- 7+ years in influencer marketing and community management, with at least 3 years in a senior role
- Proven success scaling influencer programs and managing campaign budgets
- Strong experience in social media content creation, publishing, and community building
- Hands-on experience managing online communities (e.g., Discord, Reddit, Facebook Groups)
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and crisis management skills
- Data-driven mindset with knowledge of social, influencer, and community analytics tools
- Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with global teams
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication
- Exceptional follow-through and personal drive
- Positive attitude and adaptability in fast-paced environments
