Community Manager - Job Summary
The Community Manager will build and manage Discord communities to engage and support top affiliates, driving sales and brand dominance on the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up servers, bots, roles, and permissions; audit channels for UX and compliance
- Recruit high-potential affiliates, run outreach campaigns, and minimize churn
- Curate videos, product updates, and trend reports; host live AMAs and trainings
- Track creative performance via Seller Centre and KaloData; provide best angles to affiliates
- Manage a rolling content calendar including announcements, contests, giveaways, and prize fulfillment
- Liaise with brand leads and report GMV, retention, churn, and engagement weekly
- Adapt quickly to new TikTok policies and client priorities
Requirements
- 2+ years in community, social, or influencer marketing management, Discord experience a plus
- Proven ability to grow and moderate online groups while meeting KPIs
- Data-driven mindset to identify and act on patterns in GMV, CTR, and churn
- Exceptional written English
- Organized, self-directed, and reliable working remotely
