Social Media & Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage and build the social media presence and community engagement for multiple restaurant brands, collaborating on content creation and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own all social platforms for restaurant brands
- Plan and manage the monthly content calendar
- Write captions that reflect each brand's tone
- Collaborate with videographer to concept and execute video content
- Manage DMs, comments, tags, reposts, and guest interactions
- Source user-generated content and coordinate with influencers and creators
- Track performance and share insights with the team
Requirements
- 5-7 years running social media for a consumer-facing brand, preferably in restaurants, food, or related niches
- Knowledge of what makes Instagram and TikTok content work
- Experience working with creative partners on photo and video
- Strong writing skills to sound like a real person
- Ability to manage multiple brands with attention to detail
- Curious, organized, and ready to take ownership
