Marketing Manager - Job Summary
The Marketing Manager will develop and execute community and marketing initiatives to amplify F-Prime's voice via thought leadership and events, working in a high-autonomy, hybrid role based in Cambridge, MA.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop processes to oversee a consistent community and events experience.
- Lead execution of events for key communities including founders, portfolio leaders, and industry leaders.
- Support and devise new ideas for content strategy to amplify engagement.
- Own the newsletter strategy and identify opportunities to grow audience.
- Manage tech fund’s public presence and digital footprint including social media.
- Lead integration of AI tools into marketing functions.
- Support strategic special projects such as surveys, reports, new community launches, and content like podcasts.
Requirements
- Experience building sophisticated marketing campaigns including event strategies.
- Strong understanding of marketing tools and workflows leveraging AI.
- Self-starter with ability to multitask and prioritize across stakeholders.
- Passion for the startup ecosystem; knowledge of B2B communication in fintech or enterprise SaaS is a plus.
- 3 to 5 years of marketing and events experience in venture capital, startup ecosystem, or related industries.
