Community Manager - Job Summary
The Community Manager will promote the restaurant, generate catering leads, build local partnerships, support marketing campaigns and social media, and help position the brand for events and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead local marketing efforts to increase awareness and traffic
- Manage social media presence and execute promotional campaigns
- Support paid advertising and local outreach initiatives
- Generate qualified leads for catering opportunities
- Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners
- Visit businesses and organizations to create catering and brand visibility opportunities
- Identify opportunities for corporate events, family celebrations, weddings, and large group events
- Support follow-up after events to strengthen relationships and encourage repeat business
- Participate actively in weekly growth meetings and contribute marketing and sales ideas
- Help track marketing and sales activity through KPIs and growth metrics
Requirements
- Experience in sales, local marketing, and restaurant-related promotion
- Ability to build relationships and create community presence
- Proactive lead generation and opportunity creation
- Comfortable working independently while aligned with leadership
- Creativity, energy, and strong follow-through
- Strong public relations and networking skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple moving pieces
- Service-minded and aligned with hospitality culture
- Preferred experience in hospitality, restaurant marketing, catering, events, or community-based business development
- Comfortable with social media management and paid marketing campaigns
- English required, Spanish preferred
