Community Manager - Job Summary

The Community Manager will manage and activate social communities, create editorial content, moderate customer interactions, and work closely with various departments to deliver social-first campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative copywriting and adapting content for social channels
  • Stimulating and sustaining conversations and relationships with brand audiences
  • Moderating customer-facing queries with experience of escalation
  • Managing editorial calendars and creative campaigns
  • Collaborating with creative studio to ideate and brief content
  • Building strong client relationships and identifying business development opportunities
  • Researching and experimenting with the latest social tools and trends
  • Challenging clients and team with new innovations
  • Delivering reports, performance tracking, and trend analysis in collaboration with insight team
  • Contributing to campaign planning and client brief responses
  • Providing strategic thinking, creative ideas, and commercial insight for activations

Requirements

  • Experience in both B2B and B2C
  • Experience translating technical product info into editorial content
  • Strong understanding of social media and its value
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative content awareness (written and visual) and knowledge of social formats like Reels and TikTok
  • Strong organisational, time management, and people management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
  • Proficiency with a wide variety of social platforms and tools
  • Creative and disruptive thinking
  • Hands-on experience with social commerce platforms (e.g. TikTok Shop) is an advantage
