Community Manager - Job Summary

The Community Manager delivers exceptional customer service and enhances the workplace experience through concierge support and event coordination in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consistent and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Deliver frontline concierge support via in-person, email, and chat
  • Manage concierge cases end-to-end including research, fulfillment, and CRM documentation
  • Plan and execute onsite events like vendor activations and gift wrapping
  • Maintain and update CRM with partner, employee, and client activity
  • Create and update marketing content for TVs, signage, and event promotions
  • Collaborate with team members and management on innovative ideas and initiatives
  • Research local vendors and services to expand concierge offerings
  • Manage amenity service partner relationships throughout their lifecycle
  • Promote services through daily interactions and onsite engagement
  • Build professional relationships with client teams and internal stakeholders
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate event services and requests
  • Prioritize a daily workload in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Capture employee feedback to identify opportunities for experience improvements
  • Attend meetings and provide updates on services, events, and engagement
  • Meet strict service standards, KPIs, and client expectations consistently
  • Serve as an extension of the Sodexo account team supporting requests
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • High attention to detail with ability to adapt and learn proprietary software
  • Professional and approachable demeanor with proactive client concern resolution

  • Extensive knowledge of the local area and confident articulation to employees and guests
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks daily
  • Reliable transportation
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Internet)
  • Minimum 5+ years hospitality, concierge, or customer service experience
  • Experience in luxury hotel, hospitality, travel, residential, or corporate concierge is a plus

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
