Social Media & Community Manager - Job Summary
The Social Media & Community Manager is responsible for managing and executing Cantaloupe's social media strategy and community engagement to build customer affinity and support the brand's self-service mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage social media strategy aligned with brand, product, and promotion strategies.
 - Manage overall social calendar and weekly social posts with creative content.
 - Serve as first point of contact for customer communications on social channels and improve support processes.
 - Monitor social media trends and content performance, suggesting new content and channels.
 - Manage employee advocacy strategy in coordination with HR and Sales teams.
 - Track content performance monthly and adjust strategies as needed.
 - Manage the Cantaloupe Creator Program including outreach, onboarding, and communication with affiliates and influencers.
 - Drive sales and brand reputation via influencer and affiliate management.
 - Manage the Cantaloupe Community platform, content calendar, and engagement initiatives like the Cantaloupe Certified Program.
 - Gather user feedback and coordinate with Customer Support for platform capabilities.
 - Support content creation for multiple channels such as web, sales, and marketing collateral.
 
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
 - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
 - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
 - Strong organizational and time management skills.
 - Ambitious self-starter with eagerness to take initiative.
 - Knowledge of social media and influencer management platforms.
