Community Marketing Manager - Job Summary
Manage and lead community marketing efforts in Texas, building connections among beauty professionals, driving engagement, and contributing to acquisition and activation goals within local markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with local brand ambassadors and community influencers to increase brand visibility.
- Design and execute targeted community engagement strategies to enhance provider-to-provider referrals and build strong networks.
- Organize and lead local events, workshops, and seminars to educate and inspire the beauty sector.
- Act as a liaison between global teams and US communities to ensure marketing efforts resonate locally.
- Drive impactful local campaigns across various marketing channels to increase market share in Texas.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in community, social, and/or event marketing.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns end-to-end.
- Knowledge of local marketing and community building strategies.
- Strong project management skills for multitasking events and campaigns.
- Data-driven approach to marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Adaptability and a proactive 'get-it-done' attitude in a fast-paced environment.
