Brand Ambassador - Job Summary
Serve as the local face and community builder for the INEOS Grenadier brand through event participation, content creation, and partnership growth ahead of and after the store launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand at off-road meetups, trail runs, mountain bike events, races, car events, and in-store 4x4 days
- Plan, staff, and recap community events including logistics and lead follow-up
- Create engaging non-advertisement style short-form video content and blog posts
- Develop relationships with local clubs, trail stewards, outfitters, gyms, and race organizers
- Drive measurable event outcomes such as qualified leads, test-drive signups, social engagement, and email list growth
- Ensure compliance and safety with risk checks, permits, safety briefings, and off-road etiquette
Requirements
- Passionate about outdoor activities such as overlanding, mountain biking, trail running, or climbing
- Comfortable shooting and editing vertical video content on a phone
- Able to host events, manage a microphone, and engage with diverse audiences
- Self-directed with strong planning and follow-up skills
- Valid California driver’s license with clean record; comfortable driving manual and off-road
- Weekend and evening availability with some travel across Northern California
- Ability to lift/carry 30–40 lbs and stand for long event days
- Working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Canva or CapCut, and Google Drive
- Professional demeanor appropriate for a premium brand
