Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage and execute creator-led campaigns within the TikTok Shop ecosystem, focusing on creator acquisition, campaign budget management, performance optimization, and cross-team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute creator acquisition using data-driven outreach and internal tools
- Build and grow invite-only creator groups on platforms like Lark and Discord
- Manage campaign budgets allocated by Account Managers across multiple campaigns
- Identify, source, and engage creators for TikTok Shop campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams including Account Managers and Creator Management
- Track and analyze campaign performance to adjust strategy
- Support large-scale campaign launches and major campaign events
- Occasionally participate in client or brand meetings for campaign alignment
Requirements
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop or the creator economy; TikTok Shop experience preferred
- Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP
- Basic SQL knowledge and comfort with internal databases
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven performance analysis
- Project management skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Curiosity, learning agility, and an operational mindset
- Preferred experience in digital marketing, e-commerce operations, creator campaigns, BI/reporting, or dashboard creation
