Community Manager - Job Summary
Manage and grow the company's online presence by engaging with the audience, building brand awareness, and maintaining a consistent voice across all social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with the company’s brand
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor social media trends and suggest new strategies to increase engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with followers, clients, and online communities
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports on social media growth and engagement
- Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams to support campaigns and hiring needs
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and messaging
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required)
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite) is a plus
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools and reporting
- Preferred: Experience in recruitment, outsourcing, or BPO industry
- Preferred: Familiarity with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Preferred: Understanding of employer branding strategies
