Community Engagement & Media Marketing Coordinator - Job Summary
Coordinate community outreach, education, and media marketing efforts to increase awareness of Graceland's mental health services and support collaboration with local organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person outreach visits to healthcare offices, behavioral health providers, hospitals, schools, churches, nonprofits, and community organizations
- Deliver educational presentations about Graceland's services, access pathways, and care philosophy
- Coordinate lunch-and-learn events, open houses, and informational sessions
- Represent Graceland at health fairs, professional meetings, and community events
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with community stakeholders
- Serve as a point of contact for service information and educational materials
- Assist with planning and execution of brand awareness and educational campaigns across approved platforms
- Coordinate educational content related to mental health awareness and community resources
- Support media marketing activities for clinic announcements, service launches, and community events
- Collaborate with leadership and vendors on messaging for social media, website, newsletters, and educational videos
- Ensure media content complies with HIPAA and organizational policies
- Monitor engagement metrics for brand visibility
- Maintain accurate documentation of outreach and media activities
- Track outreach visits, educational events, and media initiatives
- Provide leadership with regular activity-based reports
- Coordinate messaging accuracy with intake and administrative teams
- Participate in marketing and outreach planning meetings
- Provide market feedback to leadership regarding community needs
- Support approved initiatives for psychiatry, therapy, neuromodulation, and IOP/PHP services through education-focused marketing
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, media, or communications
- Experience with social media, digital ads, and content creation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable working in a healthcare or regulated environment
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel locally to clinic locations
- Preferred: experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or medical marketing
- Preferred: familiarity with HIPAA-compliant marketing
- Preferred: basic knowledge of analytics (Google Analytics, ad dashboards)
- Preferred: experience coordinating video or media content
